Good Riddance Fastway Polokwane

Try to steer as far away from Fastway Couriers Polokwane. Horrible service, on many occasions. Not only do they “forget” to collect your parcels, but you cannot phone the manager and/or owner’s as you will be disrespected, talked down to, and be made a fool. On more than one occasion have I tried raising my frustrations with the manager and owner, to no avail. The low price does not way up to the cheap customer service. They make you feel that you need them, and that you are replaceable. That is if they answer the phone when you call. I am now paying more than double their rate at a competitor, but my clients receive their parcels on time, and that is good for business. Good riddance.
