Good not delivered

Bad service ever, I called fastway on the 10th querying about my parcel not delivered and I was advise my order was involved in a hijacking and they send an email to Shein advising them. Now I get an email that my order was delivered to Belinda today. I don't understand this parcel was in a hijacking,I did not get my order can some from fastway explain wants happened to my order I paid I lot of money for this order for fastway to ***** me. 😡😡😡🤣
