Gave parcel away

<p>I ordered some rather expensive items online to be shipped to me by fastway. After my parcel arrived in pretoria it was sent out with a courier and then returned to the depo. The next day it was sent to me via the courier and was delivered to someone else a man named saul. I then contacted the depo to enquire about my parcel and was told it was given to our security gaurd. After getting home and speaking to our security gaurd whos name is David and checking the cctv fotage I established that the courier was never at my house. The next morning I phoned the depo again and was informed I will receive my parcel on that day. I phoned 4 hours later and was told I would receive my parcel at 2pm. At 3pm I phoned them again the phone line automatically drops after it tells you to hold for an operator. I still don't have my package I strongly advise anyone not to use this company as they will simply give your parcels away.</p>
