FRUSTRATING SERVICES

The worst service ever from Bafana/Tshepo (******) whoever the guy's name is. I ordered from shein from November and this guy had my parcel since from last week. I lost my phone and changed my residential address but informed the guy on WhatsApp and called him but for what's so ever reason i cant seem to get my parcel. Their services is frustrating. I sent him another WhatsApp message to order him to return my package back to isando i will now have to be inconvenienced into collecting the package myself while at work...
