Frustrating (lack of) system

I use Fastway a lot and every time it's the MOST frustrating experience. I get a call from the delivery guy during the middle of a weekday morning saying \I'm downstairs". Usually I'm not at home and so he leaves and takes the parcel back to the depot. Why they don't set up a delivery time beforehand"
