Frustrating and Dissatisfactory Service

I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a courier company before. They had my parcel for 5 whole working days and at no point did they communicate or update me on my package and why they’re keeping it for so long. After calling them for 3 days straight trying to find out what’s going on they tell me my delivery address was inaccurate and that’s why they couldn’t deliver my parcel (as to why they didn’t send me an email or call me to confirm my address prior to me calling I also have no idea). When they eventually delivered the parcel they never called to find out if I’m home or not to receive the parcel they just rocked up at my place. I honestly cannot express the amount of dissatisfaction, disappointment and frustration I’ve experienced with this courier company. I’m sorry but I definitely would not recommend them to anyone!
