Frustrated Customer

What's the point of me adding my home address when I make an order on Shein App if the courier guys are gonna call me and rudely tell me to come to the nearest police station? This is unfair and inconvenient! Right now I couldn't receive my package today because I was at work and very far from that police station... If they came straight to my house, I would've asked my neighbour to take the package on my behalf.

I understand it's for safety reasons but what I don't understand it's for those guys to be rude and bully me over the package that I have paid for... Please do better.
