Frustrated customer

I am absolutely furious with Fastway’s shocking service. You claim my parcel was delivered and signed for, yet I have never received a single thing! I’ve called your so-called customer service multiple times, only to be passed around from pillar to post with zero accountability. No one seems to know where my parcel actually is, and frankly, it feels like no one even cares. This level of incompetence is beyond frustrating — it’s unacceptable. I expect this issue to be sorted out immediately, and I want proof of where my parcel really went and who supposedly signed for it.
