I Am very very upset! This is the second time this is happening and this is ***** to me! I ordered from Mr Price Sport online and they use Fastway SA as the courier. Everytime I get an email from Mr Price stating my order has been delivered. If I go to the tracking on the Fastway online then they updated the status that I signed for the parcel and it was delivered!!!! BUT IT IS NOT! I never sign with my name but they have the decency to Sign my name and add this online as delivered and signed by me!!!! Even if the parcel is not in my hands! This almost caused so much eruption in the workplace because we thought we got a dishonest ***** around the work area but meanwhile it is still in the courier car on the way but it is just easy for them to know if it is in the car they state it as delivered with my my name signed!!!!!! YOU CANNOT PUT ON A STATUS AS DELIVERED WITH MY NAME IF THE PARCEL IS NOT IN MY HANDS AND I DID NOT SIGN FOR IT!!!! This is *****! If the parcel gets missing where will my proof be that I did not sign for it so the company decides to sign for me and update it on the MR Price system!! I had a fight with Mr Price Sport but they said the proof is there that I signed my name!!! SO HOW WILL I STAND ON MY OWN FEET IF THE COMPANY IS FORGING MY NAME THAT I RECEIVED MY PARCEL!! This is ***** and we cannot let this happen. I again have a order coming my way today I have a screen and my parcel tracking number on fastway to proof to you that this is happening!
