Formal Compliant (False Delivery) - CR***

There has been an incident where the parcel CR*** was noted as delivered, however was not received.

As of 08/10, around 16:25, I received a call from the courier stating that they were at the delivery address, however no one was home. I informed the courier that no one is home and to please leave the parcel with the security guard at the gate.

The courier then proceeded to falsely note the name of a security guard who was not on duty and mark the parcel as delivered, even though the parcel was not given to the security. I reside within a gated community with CCTV cameras, which provide the sequence of events and evidence that the parcel was not received.

Please may this matter be investigated immediately, as well as a letter of apology drafted, as disciplinary proceeding were about to be initiated against the security guard, who’s name was falsely used.
