First prize for worst courier company

Slow-way/No-way took delivery of a parcel on 31 October 2025 at the Joburg depot. It is now the 7th of November and it has still not been delivered to the address in Knysna. Impossible to get through to the George depot where the parcel was sent to from Joburg. Telephone system does NOT work. I Phoned Joburg depot and the lady said that there is nothing that she can do! I must phone George depot. I asked her to phone George while i wait. 10 min and 38s later she said that she could not get through to the George Depot. I tried their whattsapp service. This is where incompetence deteriorates into madness. It tells me that the Joburg depot doesn't allow for collections! (The package left Joburg a week ago according to them!) I left a message for Chris Cronje. I left a message for Julie Botha. Nothing, not even the courtesy of a reply! The most *********** bunch of brainless baffoons in the courier industry! NEVER NEVER NEVER send anything with them! They make the SA Post Office look like miracle workers. I could not be sufficiently derogatory enough about their pathetic company without lowering myself to their inept intellectual ability by using foul language!
