Find another courier!
They message you to say - next scheduled delivery... Great - when is that? Message them - no response. Phone them, no one can answer "but I will get our *** to call you back"... Guess what NOTHING HAPPENS!!! There must be other companies who understand Client or Stakeholder Engagement???

When you email them this comes back:
