Faway corrier is a ****
Fastway Courrier refuses to deliver my package, it has been a month now, their status keep changing from Pretoria depot to Johannesburg depot daily. They don't answer the calls and when by luck you get someone, they just check the last status and say you order is at the depot and will be delivered to you then they hang up 😡 everyone need to stop using them because once they done *****ing my package, tomorrow you are next

16 Apr 2025, 09:54It is clear that reporting Fastway Courrier on every platform won't work. Our consumer protection services knows the company is a white owned so they won't do anything to them or stand a chance, so South Africa will keep complaining for nothing, that's why their customer service are so rude to us because they know they are protected by consumer protection unit
