Fastway/slow way!!!

It is impossible to get hold of Fastway couriers.. "Due to high call volumes" , in their wisdom, they have DISABLED all incoming calls and "prioritized" a whatsapp number on which they do not respond...why not enable both ? All they have done is transfer the call/inquiry load to another medium, where they are able now to take their time and not respond to customers for hours on end. I have tried to call several branches and it is the same story company wide.. Not the way to do business...
