Fastways not so fast or reliable

I am not happy with the service received from Dbn and Richards bay fast way couriers. The operators from dbn branch are very unprofessional, they shout at other staff while on the phone with clients. No phone etiquette at all. It has taken 4 Days and I am still to receive my parcel and it was sent from Johannesburg on the 4th.

arrived in Rbay the following evening and has been onboard the courier vehicle for the last two days, when phoning dbn to query I was told it would be delivered 6th and this morning I got given Richards bays no. to which I was told that the driver was in the area on the 6th but it was too late, after fastways ensured it would be here by 17h30.

Today I am told they cannot give me a time of delivery as the driver is in another suburb in Richards bay but it will be delivered (which is what I have been told for the last two days - yet I have no parcel???)

Would not recommend this company if you need quick reliable service and proper customer service and support.
