Fastways needs to shutdown

Absolutely disgusted with their services. My parcel was cleared on the 21/12/2025 and no one bothered to pick it up only when I emailed them on the 23rd. Rafeeqa Mathers then **** and said that the parcel wasn't received in SA which was a lie. I then did a follow up on the 29th because for some reason there was an update on the tracking system which was on the 27th. Natasha Ganespersad then asked her team to assist. Thapelo Mathabatha then apologized for the delay like they always do. Yesterday I followed up almost every hour on my parcel then Brett Naudé indicated that they made arrangements for it to be delivered on the next cycle which then Thapelo indicated it will be delivered in the afternoon. I then requested for the drivers number so I could get confirmation from them which nothing was provided just Thapelos big fat lie indicating that the drivers work till 5pm and it will be delivered. If it was going to be delivered then the tracking system would have been updated which it hasn't been, the last update was the 27th. According to my colleagues husband who works as a contractor with Fastways, the East bay Depo's are a mess and on top of that the drivers that are employed by Fastways tells the contractors that there are no parcels for delivery where as people like myself still haven't received anything, so my question is where is my parcel? People like them should not be employed because they are nothing but a bunch of big fat ****s.
