Fastways Couriers is slow!

My order arrived at their warehouse in Johannesburg, from Pietermaritzburg, in a reasonable time of two days, however, that is when the problems started. Each day the tracking system would say, "Out for delivery", and each day nothing would arrive. After a few days I started phoning them, and received what appears to be a standard response, namely, that they would contact the driver and make sure the package was delivered before 17:00. That still has not happened and it has been more than a week since the package arrived in Johannesburg.
