Fastways courier unprofessional and ********* behaviour

Courier driver left with my order after i told him I'm on my way . I had to organise money to request from police station to my house since I can't carry Scroller and car sit alone. I contacted their chat system and spoke with agent Memory who was so rude and ended the chat without helping me . I have to pay full delivery fees but the order gets delivered 15 mins away from my house
