FastWays Courier in SA is appaling

Delivery due 29 April, out for delivery, due today on their online tracking, nothing arrived. The app states they attempted delivery, not true we have been home and its now 4 days later. every day 'due today'.status. Their WhatsApp does not help, no one gets back to you, the online facility to contact courier in your area does not work, ph lines keep you on hold and then cut you off without having spoken to anyone. I tried every option avaliable on the ph menu. I recomend TEMU get anotheer SA partner Buffalo Courier is great. I suggest all TEMU users send a complaint via TEMU live Chat to TEMU.
