Fastways anything but fast or efficient. Terrible service on two occasions

I have been trying to have a parcel delivered and apparently there is an issue with the address. Surely it’s only common sense to call the recipient whose phone number is on the way bill. It has gone back to the depot twice for this reason even though promises were made that it would be delivered the next day. Their lines are always busy and have tried numerous times across various channels to get hold of anybody . This is now 3 days later and absolutely no progress has been made. Really a pathetic excuse for a courier company. My client is waiting for a dress for Christmas for her daughter and at this rate she won’t get it in time. May I add that I had a similar experience with Fastways on another occasion where they had apparently tried to call and deliver numerous times. When the vehicle was tracked , it had never even entered said area.
