Fastway worst service ever
I received a message on Tuesday 12/11/2024 that my parcel was out for delivery . On the 13/11/2024 I contacted customer services and was promised that my parcel will be delivered that day. On the 14 /11/2024 customer services said that before end of business day i will receive my parcel. This morning 15/11/2024 customers services told me that the parcel is still at the depot. . I cost me so must on airtime because every time they put you on hold .

15 Nov 2024, 09:50I received a call from Fastway stating that the driver could not get hold of me which is incorrect. My domestic worker is at home . On Thursday 14/11/2024 i gave customer service my domestic workers number. On the 14/11/2024 i contacted the driver who delivered my 1st parcel on Tuesday. 12/11/2024 . According to him they only gave him one parcel instead of two and until now he has not received any other parcel for me. i am been given the runaround .
