Fastway worst service ever

Fastway is the worst courier service ever, their customer service deserves a zero. My parcel was scheduled to be delivered on the 16h of Nov 2023. Next thing I received an email that my parcel has been returned. No reason, no explanation, they just decided to send the parcel back without making any attempt to deliver, worst of all it was not even late in the day, they had all afternoon from 12 to attempt but they decided to send it back lazily soo and bad service too.
