Fastway worst service ever

I am struggling to get my parcel from the 1 April 2026. They send email early morning stating the parcel is on the way and then late afternoon they will send email stating sorry we missed you and couldn't deliver. Today the same thing happened again. Every time I will sit at home for the day waiting and nothing was delivered Why can't you call me ***. Your email address is a no reply email and the Whatsapp is just as useless. Tracking number is 2G*** This is ridiculous.
