Fastway - Worst Courier Company in South Africa

I am running a small business and has recently used Fastway Couriers to deliver a small parcel to a client. I have sent the parcel to From Cape Town to East London on the 18th of November. As of today (1 Dec) The parcel has still not been delivered. I have phoned them approximately 10 times to query the \no delivery". The lack of customer service and false information is driving me crazy and i would not recommend this company to anyone. I now have to refund my customer and somehow get the my parcel returned. """
