Fastway worse courier

Driver(Casper) for below order called me stating that his here to deliver , I advised him that he needs to take the lift up to the 12th floor and deliver the package as I am not at home ,

I advised him that the lift is working , I had called to see if anyone delivered the package he didnt

Kaylee even worse she does not listen and even try to understand what I am saying she ready to listen and jump to conclusions

Further to that he said he got stuck 3 times if u get stuck in the lift kone has to come and open the lift , secondly which floors did he stuck because if anyone using their brains logically if u get stuck u walk to the floor u need to deliver the package and deliver it.

Please can you advise me what will you’ll be doing with my package and you’ll service pathetic
