Fastway Witbank - PATHETIC!!!!!!

Fastway is like a slow snail. There is nothing fast about them. They are pathetic, rude, and their packages take twice as long as Buffalo. I don't know why TEMU uses them as couriers. Their staff are rude and unhelpful. My package has been in their possession for five days now, and there is still no prospect of receiving it. If you want to lodge a complaint, there is only an answering machine that says they will transfer you to an available agent, but you are on hold for hours with no answer. As far as I'm concerned, they are an unhelpful and *********** courier service.
