Fastway Witbank Depot is a disgrace

Fastway Witbank depot, were supposed to deliver my parcel today and I waited the whole day and even called the depot at 15:16 to check if it was still coming. To my surprise I was told they couldn’t reach me and my parcel will be scheduled for the next delivery. The driver who delivers at Dieheuwel is a **** he never called me. He never came I even asked the security on duty.
