Fastway, what a joke?

I was awaiting 2 deliveries with fast way couriers: CA and CR tracking numbers. CA was picked up first by fastway on the 29th and they tried to deliver since. Each day it is at a new bay (South,West and East), guessing it will be North today. Still did not receive it. CR was picked up after CA and delivered on Saturday to the same address. This makes no sense, very upset with the service or lack of service received.
