Fastway went out of their way

Placed a same day collection with another courier for an urgent delivery to a customer tomorrow. The courier accepted the collection and then cancelled after 2pm.

Fastway aren't my first choice for bulky items but a frantic phone call to Tshepo had him return to our warehouse a second time to collect the parcel. One can't ask for better service than that.
