Fastway way is not fast at all

I have ordered a parcel form Temu. They split the package in two parcels. Wich mean two different courier companies. My parcel with Buffalo was delivered today but the fastway parcel is still in JHB for 3 days now. I have not receieve any notifications from them for 3 days. I phoned there cal centre and the lady did not even respond when I asked her questions like how it will take before I get my package or the reason why my package is still in JHB if my Bafdalow package I'd in my hands. Fastway is definitely not fast nor are the helpful.
