FASTWAY VERY BAD SERVICE

My 2 packages are at their facility since last week. Monday morning received update "out for delivery" and Monday afternoon "left at East Bay 1". This was the case yesterday and today. No answer on WhatsApp and when you phone the phone is put down in your ear after they let you hold on for 10min. Their service is non-existent
