Fastway - Unreliable courier service

Absolutely awful service from fastway! My parcel (EA ********** 415) supposed to have been delivered the following day. spent a week in their depo even after repetitive calls to the depo and management (Kelvin). Fastway is unreliable and you cannot run your business with them.
