Fastway - Unreliable and worst courier service

Fastway is one of the most pathetic courier companies. I have received the following messages for the fifth time " Onboard - the parcel is onboard the Courier vehicle" and then every time they cancel it with the following "Unable to Deliver - We are currently unable to effect delivery". I tried to make contact with them without any success of them responding. This is really the poorest quality and lowest standard of customer services possible.
