Fastway unreliable

I had a parcel to be delivered on Fastway courier. On 22/05/2026 I got a notification saying it was on its way. The driver phoned me several times on the weekend saying he would deliver it but never did. I got multiple phone calls promising delivery but none was ever made. Then today 3 weeks later I get a notification saying the parcel has been delivered but no parcel has been delivered. Fast way is extremely unreliable and ************** .
