Fastway - unreachable

Waiting 2days for delivery which is to take place, status simply remains "out for delivery", cannot get hold of anyone at fastway and they have gone the whatsapp bot route which yields no results, simply says getting you in touch with an agent which never happens. no number to call, they seem to have switched that off in favour of the whatsapp bot route. so frustrating, cannot sit at home waiting indefnitely,
