Fastway -unhappy customer

Ordered from temu, my parcel was at their depot since 16 december, every working day i get emails of how the parcel had issues "Your parcel is currently under query at our Fastway depot, and we require your assistance to confirm or update your delivery details so we can deliver it as soon as possible. ". I will never order from temu as long they use fastway. The worst. Why can't they call me if they struggling to locate me.
