Fastway unfriendly employee and not on time

Do Not Use Fastway !!

I called about an order that I am waiting for. I was told that the order will be delivered before 3pm, but after speaking to someone at Fastway they told me no that is not the case, there was a delay and I will get it when I get it.

The person was not friendly at all, and above all else she put the phone down in my ear when I tried to explain that I need the package at the specified time as this is not the first time that I had problems with this package.
