Fastway told us they will deliver my parcel today and they held it again

Hi yesterday they held my parcel at fastway depot in klerksdorp and my sister in law to be phoned them for us to find out why they hold it..THEY reply we don't deliver on the plots on Monday so we will deliver it tomorrow just to freaking wake up and see our parcel are held again today🤬.

I needed to ask for refund with shein because there was trouble with delivery they say because of the vol of orders that came in,in that few day's..So I need to ask for a refund and then I place my order with temu just to struggle with delivery AGAIN
