Fastway to worst-way

I had the worse experience with Fastway Nelspruit the last 5 time my suppliers made use of them. From the supplier to the Nelspruit depo goes quick (overnight) but then it takes them two days to deliver it to me. Every time I have to phone the office to track my parcel, then phone the driver and there are always excuses. The excuse yesterday was its raining… I made my order on Monday from my supplier. By 14:00 the parcel was picked up and Tuesday the Parcel was at the Nelspruit Depo and out for delivery. Today is Wednesday and I still don’t have it. After numerous calls. It’s material needed to finish orders. It really is the worse service I have ever experience from a courier company. I will in future ask my suppliers to make use of a different courier service provider. Think I have given Fastway enough time to get their act together.
