Fastway to Nowhere

Fastway Couriers claims to have delivered a parcel I was expecting yesterday. I did not receive it. Upon further querying I was informed that it was delivered to some random location supposedly in/ near the small mostly rural; area where I live, and signed for by some random person I've never met or heard of, and have no means of contacting. All further attempts to try obtain more info from Fastway are being ignored.
