Fastway to irritation.

I ordered from Temu weeks ago because I knew that it might take a while to come. I need my package before Monday the 15th. My parcel was delayed at customs because Fastway didn’t send me a link to pay the duty and I had to figure that out myself.

Three weeks later it has been to the depot and back a couple of times and apparently they tried to deliver today but couldn’t because they couldn’t reach me but they didn’t call or email me today.

I am very irritated by their service and lack of communication.
