Fastway *******!!!!!!🚩

Made an online purchase on the 5th of July and as per the tracking number the parcel was received by fastway’s jet park depot on the same day(5th July). To this day I have not received my parcel, when I called their call center I was advised that my parcel was lost and that I should contact the seller for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately the seller no longer responds to my emails and shows no interest in giving me a replacement or refund. Fastways unprofessional call center agents did not sound remorseful for losing my parcel. I’m so upset words cannot even explain how I feel. I have lost R3600 because of the thievery happening at fastway.
