Fastway the worst courier service in South Africa

This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with these people and took it as it came. But they have now caused me to lose a very good customer because of their slack no caring attitude. <br> I have a supplier that uses Fastway couriers to deliver my stock to me. I placed an order early this morning to make sure that all works out well because my customer needs his goods before the weekend. <br> I was contacted by my supplier after Four o'clock that fastway have not collected my parcel yet and after contacting them they said that their truck broke down. <br> My supplier notified them that he will wait so that they can send another vehicle. Their answer was that there is no way they will send another vehicle because its too late. <br> I run a business where I do whatever I can to help my customers even if it means working after hours. fastway is privately owned franchises and I have had problems with several different fastway operators. Who keeps up their standard? They just couldn't care if their customers don't get their parcels in time.<br> <br> Yes their prices are good, but I guess you get what you pay for. I'd rather pay more and be sure I get the service I can rely on. <br>
