Fastway the worst courier ever
If a parcel collected in Cape Town for delivery in Cape Town is misdirected and send to Johannesburg depot it's not just stupid it's almost sabotaging their own AND client's business.
Another package was collected on 2 June in Cape Town but their tracking system **** and said it was collected on 4 June and underway to Johannesburg for delivery in Johannesburg, but 3 days later the tracking said the parcel was "misdirected" and now on it's way to PRETORIA and nobody ever answer any emails.
