Fastway - terrible service !

Horrible experience with this courier ! I ordered items off of a Shein, who usually uses another supplier to make its deliveries, but I see they have now changed over to Fastway Couriers. I got an email on the 30/01/2024 saying that mg parcel is out for delivery on that day. It never got delivered. Got the same email on the 31/01/2024 saying my parcel will be delivered. I called in to tell them about my frustrations and said that the delivery notification and the actions do not match up, I was informed that the driver would deliver today and I should not worry the driver is on his way. I never received my package. We are going day three now, and I received the same email saying my package will be delivered.

I then get an email saying that my parcel could not be delivered due to incorrect address or incorrect cell phone number, no details have been changed and I have been using the exact same address and contact information for all of my orders I have made via shein.

At this point I am super frustrated and have lost hope in this company, would definitely not recommend !
