Fastway TERRIBLE SERVICE

Fastway Pretoria I am very frustrated and angry at the moment. I have been waiting for a parcel that should have been delivered to me last week Friday already.

After numerous phone calls i finally got through to Fastway George where they told me that my parcel has not yet been collected.

Since last week Friday i have not yet received my parcel. I have been calling Fastway non stop since Monday trying to find out when my parcel will be delivered. I am struggling to get trough on the number for Fastway Pretoria as it just keeps ringing.

When i do get a hold of them i get different drivers numbers to talk to, i have called and messaged namouras drivers and no one seems to know where my parcel is or give me a time as to when it will be delivered.

My tracking nr is Z***.

Please can someone assist me regarding this issue as it is unacceptable to be waiting this long for a package and not get any communication as to when it will be delivered.
