fastway sucks and wont improve

i made 2 posts about how **** your service is and made some nasty comments and actually removed them for legal reasons but you call me and ask why im making such horrible comments .. yet i tried to get hold of someone on chat via website and its been over an hour and no one has responded and i got a screen shot of it
