Fastway - SlowWay Couriers. Bad Service Ever...

My parcel was sent on 5th of November 2020, yesterday the 11th I called them to ask about my parcel and was told the driver is coming to deliver it. After few minutes after my call, the tracking status online said "unable to deliver" . After sending enquiries via email, I was called the today on the 12th that my parcel will be delivered tomorrow on the 13th. What I dislike about the whole thing is that they lie, 1st they told me that driver delivered and my phone was on voice mail. Then they said one digit of my contact details was not clear the driver dialed 1 instead of 2, the biggest lie was that my address was incomplete....yet I have pictures of my Parcel with Clear Complete Bold Writing. They migh as well call themselves SlowWay Courier, their delays affected my business. I am so Disappointed
