Fastway, Slow way, No way

Can write a four pager here because every parcel is a nightmare. No regular updates or incorrect updates. Parcels are always late and drivers are always rude and would phone one unit in a complex and deliver all the parcels at security. No feedback on the online platforms. They just ignore you. You have to phone and hold for at least 10 to 20 minutes before you are told that they will escalate the issue. But at least I see I am not the only one with the issue. 2000+ bad reviews but they are not really trying to solve the issues are they?
