Fastway? Slow as... way

wish I could give zero stars.... maybe it's only the branch in my city... Thought the previous time was a fluke.... Today again I had to call the Kimberley branch and ask them when my parcel will be delivered after it was lying on depot floor for 2 days.... I was informed delivery will happen today... Parcel was loaded 08:16 into delivery vehicle... Now 20:49 parcel is still not delivered...
